**General Description**
Summary / Overview: As a Product Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, the candidate will support Foundry product manufacturability by detailed EDS/ET analysis. He/she will be responsible for providing critical feedback to the fab based on wafer sort test results. Specific Job Duties: - Summarize key process lots (spatial analysis, device characterization, ET correlation, eFA) - Monitor mass production, support Fab engineering to root cause systematic issues, drive yield to entitlement - Investigate test program and understand flow / key change points
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Education: BS/MS EE preferred (>5 yrs. related working experience) - Knowledge of test structures, test methodologies, - Experience with Spotfire / JMP Statistica analysis tools - Experience with new product introduction, device/environmental qualification, ramp, yield improvement - Experience with ET and EDS correlation - Experience in a wafer probe manufacturing environment is recommended (Teradyne uFlex ATE, Advantest 93K, and TEL prober knowledge is a plus) - Integrity, excellent teamwork, flexibility, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency on the job are required
